Position Overview:
As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of service, quality, and customer satisfaction. You will lead by example, motivating and inspiring our team members to deliver excellence in every interaction. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, managing costs, and maintaining a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and quality control, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Uphold and enforce company policies and procedures, maintaining compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize sales, enhance guest experiences, and achieve financial targets.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Foster positive relationships with customers, addressing inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a timely and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and refine menu offerings, ensuring alignment with customer preferences and market trends.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor product quality and pricing to maximize profitability.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and elevate the dining experience.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in managing
- Proven experience in restaurant management, with a track record of success in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team to achieve common goals.
- Strong business acumen, with a keen understanding of financial metrics, budgeting, and cost control principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-centric approach to service delivery.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, capable of multitasking and prioritizing responsibilities effectively.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
