Direct hire & Perm Placement: If the referral has been hired as a Direct Hire by one of our clients, Nykin will pay out a referral fee of 10%, after the consultant has been hired and employed for at least 60 days. Please note that only consultants Nykin was not previously aware of will qualify for a payout. Consultants full name, contact number, and email address is required for eligibility.

Company Leads: Business development is essential to staying on top. WE ACCEPT BUSINESS LEADS. If we don’t currently hold a contract, or doing business with the company (Lead/Referral) we will pay 10% for every hire we place with that referred client. Please note that clients we “Don’t” already have a contract with, and or doing business with will qualify for a payout. The decision makers full name, contact name, and email address is required for eligibility.
